A Fan Made Tron Remake… Holy Awesome Balls
This is the coolest thing you’ll probably see… ever. It’s a fan made scene from Tron involving stop motion, cardboard, and a metric shit ton of awesome. No this is not related to toys, but I’d be doing a huge disperse by not sharing it with others. It’s like Christianity. I’ll go to nerd hell if I don’t force you all to check out what I know is sweet:
Far be it for me to not recognize true genius when I see it. I have the feeling that if you’re below the age of 25 you might not appreciate this film for what it is. You see kids, back in the day when computer graphics were just starting to look a little more than dots on a screen, Disney produced a film called Tron that had buttloads of computerized special effects. The film pioneered using digital effects and film and also brought us the Flying Discs of Death and the light cycle races we all regularly enjoy on Sunday afternoons (I’m writing this to keep this post relevant in the future when the Tron games replaces the NFL).
While I’d love to commend the creators of this little video, I’m extremely lazy and I should really be working right now. So instead I’ll just post my newest badge of honor, the Rick Astley Awesome Shout Out:

There were two movies I watched constantly as a little kid and that was both Tron and Old Yeller.
Tron is an absolute classic, I loved it and I fondly remember my dad kicking ass in the Intellivision video game of it: Tron: Deadly Discs.

Wow, that was cool. It was great they showed how they made some of it at the end.
