I recently recieved an electronic mail, also known as “email”, from Brian’s Toys announcing an interesting new purchasing program. If you enroll, they’ll automatically send you an entire wave of basic Star Wars figures at only 7.99 a pop. I have to admit this is tempting, considering my completely lack of luck when it comes to finding new figures. I can see two things wrong with this plan for me though. I don’t really collect much else other than clone figures so that’s a hell of a lot of figures I don’t want. I could also see this adding up very quickly where you’re practically buried in figures before you even know it. Still, 7.99 isn’t bad from an online retailer like Brian’s Toys.

If you’re still interested, the first set of figures you’ll recieve will be the 30th Anniversary wave three. Not a bad choice to start with, but a little clone/Boba Fett light for me.

I’ve never offically ordered anything from the Brian’s Toys website. Instead I’ve purchased a couple things from them at conventions, so I can’t truly give them the official Toy Bender Mushroom Stamp Seal of Approval. I can tell you that I’ve got a good friend named Brian and both Brian’s Toys and I are from Wisconsin. How that would influnce your purchasing decision from them, I don’t know. Neither do I care. I just felt like sharing is all.

Brian’s Toys is launching a One of Each Figure Club. Memberships are now available.

How does the club work?
When you sign up for the One of Each Figure Club, you will no longer have to worry about scrambling to find new figures or pre-ordering the latest series of action figures. As soon as the latest wave arrives, we will charge your credit card and send you one of each new basic Hasbro Star Wars figure for $7.99 each. This club will only apply for Basic Star Wars figures. It will not include Vintage style, Exclusives, Greatest Hits assortments, Ultimate Galactic Hunt, or other Chase figures. Basic figures will continue to ship indefinitely as new figures are released. If there are ever any changes to the terms or pricing of this club, you will be notified by email.

Is there any cost to join?
There is no cost to join the club. We will not charge your credit card until your first wave of figures is ready to ship. You will continue to be charged for subsequent waves of figures as they are ready to ship.

Your first wave of figures Is there a limit to how many memberships I can sign up for?
You can sign up for as many memberships as you would like by changing the quantity in your shopping cart to the number you desire. If you sign up for multiple memberships, they may not all ship at the same time. Each membership incurs a separate shipping and handling charge.

What Wave of figures will I receive first?
The first set offered with the club is the 30th Anniversary Wave 3 Set of 6.

What are the shipping and handling charges?
Domestic shipping and handling will be $9.99 per wave and international shipping and handling will be $19.99 (by Air Mail Parcel Post) per wave. When checking out, a shipping charge and a $2 handling charge will show up in your shopping cart. You will not actually be charged the shipping and handling shown in your shopping cart.

How early will I receive my waves of figures?
Brian’s Toys will make every effort to ship your figures as quickly as possible, usually within several days of receiving our shipment from Hasbro. However, at times Hasbro delays portions of our order. While you generally will receive your wave of figures promptly, at times the wave may be set back due to delays from Hasbro.

What if I want to end my membership in the club?
Simply call (608) 687-7572 or email sales@brianstoys.com to notify us that you would like to cancel your One of Each Figure Club membership.
