Catalog Time!
About a week ago I received a nice surprise in the mail, a catalog from Hasbro Shop at Home. I’m a big fan of catalogs, having grown up like many kids mining the Sears catalog around Christmas time for its wonderful dreams available only if you begged your parents enough for them. I hadn’t realized that Hasbro’s shop had a catalog, but there it was in the mailbox.
There was a lot of great stuff in this thing including this really cool find:

Tooth Tunes is supposed to encourage kids to brush their teeth by playing music in their head. It works by the bristles moving to the beat, which apparently causes your teeth to rattle, which in turn makes you hear music in your noggin. According to the catalog, “Tooth Tunes will rock your teeth clean!?
The songs available are:
Aly & AJ “Walking on Sunshine?
Beach Boys, “Fun, fun, Fun?
Black Eyed Peas “Let’s Get it Started?
The Cheetah Girls “Shake a Tail Feather?
Destiny’s Child “Survivor?
Hilary Duff “Wake Up?
Jess McCartney “Beautiful Soul?
Kelly Clarkson “Walk Away?
KISS “Rock & Roll All Night?
Queen “We Will Rock You?
Them from “Rocky? “Gonna Fly Now?
Village People “YMCA?
Thankfully, there are no Pantera tunes or else your child could be in severe danger of rocking his or her face off.
Other cool stuff in here includes the first photo that I’ve seen of Peter Parker Potato, who is the secret identity of Spider Spud. He bears a striking resemblance to Tobey Maguire, don’t you think?
The rest of the the catalog is filled with all kinds of other cool stuff like Transformers, Star Wars, and more Spider-man stuff that should set kids (and toy collectors) drooling. If you want to get your own Hasbro catalog, I found the link to request one right here.
toy, toy collecting, action figure, Mr. Potato Head, Spiderman, Spider-man, Spider-Spud, Transformers, Star Wars, catalog, shopping, online shopping, Tooth Toons, Hasbro
