Because it’s a Sunday and I’m super lazy, I decided that I might be able to get away doing a classic post that takes a look back on classic posts from Toy Bender’s storied past. And since I know a lot of you might be new here and don’t want to dig through a years worth of posts that this might not be such a bad idea. So here we are with a link to a Toy Ads that Time Forgot post that dealt with the robotic toy and comic book hero, Rom The Spaceknight.

    Thanks for re-posting this, as I wasn’t around during its original publication.

    I also wasn’t around during ROM, but damn, that looks like some fun, goofy shit!

    Seriously, that commercial was so simultaneously badass and stupid that I kinda want one of the damn toys!
