Clone Watch: Catching Up

When you’re down one Clone Watch it seems like you get hit by a few so let’s take a moment to catch up on the clone action that slipped through the cracks recently.
In more recent news, StarWars.com revealed that German fans that go to the Jedi-Con in Düsseldorf, Germany from March 21st through 23rd will get to see the debut of a really cool looking pair of clones in an Order 66 style cylindrical package (what I also just happen to call my wiener).
First up, Sir Steve’s Guide posted some images of the Hasbro Saga Legends line that features a Clone Wars offer on the packaging. The wave consists of a Shadow Trooper (once only a Star Wars.com Exclusive), Zev Senesca (a Rebel pilot), and these fellows:
Utapau Shadow Trooper

The Utapau Shadow Trooper was once a Target Exclusive and a rather neat looking repaint.
Covert Ops Clone Trooper

The Covert Ops trooper is a former StarWars.com exclusive. Damn it, at this rate I don’t think I should ever buy an over priced StarWars.com exclusive again if they’re going to come out at a later date for much cheaper. Ahhh who am I kidding, I’ll probably not find any of these at retail anyway.
Commander Neyo

No, this is not the guy from the Matrix or related to the old Michael Jackson Disney ride. This guy was available before in a battlepack and now you can own him sans extras.
If you want to see the images any larger, be sure to head on over to Sir Steve’s Guide to check them out.

Missing out on Neyo’s extras is sad, though - he’s a biker!
Still, I’m looking forward to the rest of the line. Clones!!! I may even get another Neyo, since all his troops dressed exactly like him, to prevent enemies from singling him out on the battlefield…

I’m getting a lil sick of the repaints but I’m glad I’m only collecting clone commanders/commandos. These dudes though, I guess I’ll have to search/buy/keep them in MOMC then. =D
