Ends and Odds

by Paul

Since there wasn’t anything big that caught my eye I’d like to just share some random things that are on my mind. Please take note that this post is in no way ripping off Poe Ghostal’s Odds and Ends posts. Yep, this is a totally original post!

Yeah… totally original.

Odd: There are very few toys I want that cost over a hundred bucks. One of them is a Cobra Terrordrome. Anyone want to sell me a good one?

End: I have a feeling that the nukes are going to launch soon. Why? I read too many apocalyptic scenarios and anything in the news that deals with Russia frightens me. By the way, do yourself a favor and read Alas, Babylon by Pat Frank if you’re into scaring yourself.

Odd: The theatrical version of Star Wars: The Clone Wars is coming out on DVD and Blu-Ray soon. I have a feeling that I’m the only one that’s excited by this news.

End: I may give in to peer pressure and buy Castle Crashers this weekend. I hope you’re happy, Mr. Ghostal.

Odd: Anyone interested in a contest where you may win a SDCC Lobo?

End: In order to increase the My Little Pony coverage around here, I’d like to direct you to Great White Snark’s post detailing some crazy ass ponies.

Odd: I just ate a gigantic cookie and I feel like I’m going to puke.

  2. Monte Says:

I desperately want a Lobo, so contest me!

  3. xequae Says:

I had a Terror Drome as a kid. It was pretty awesome, but sadly it got destroyed. My G.I. Joe stuff didn’t fair too well.

I guess I make 2 people excited about The Clone Wars.

  4. Great White Snark Says:

I’m an End, bitches! Envy me!

    Yeah. That sounded gay.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

    Yeah.

  5. Great White Snark Says:

    P.S. Lobo me!

  6. Sam Says:

What I want to know is, why does Clone Wars get the Blu-Ray treatment but none of the other movies do? I mean, c’mon, I expected Lucas to milk it with a 6 volume boxset in Blu-Ray by now!
    Sam

  7. jumper11 Says:

You ate a cookie you fat ass?! What the hell happened to dieting and working out? You disgust me. So, uh, what kind of cookie was it?

  8. Paul Says:

jumper11 are you my inner monologue?

Sam, that’s because Clone Wars is a new release and the others are probably going to get prepped for a big release sometime in the slower months, when all the giant summer movies aren’t coming out on home video.

  9. Esbat Says:

I love Ahsoka and the new movie so I’m stoked for this coming Friday and the DVD release!

I’m pro-Lobo contest, hoop jumping AHOY!
