Exclusive 2008 G.I. Joe Collector’s Club Figure Revealed
Master Collector, home of the G.I. Joe collector’s club, revealed their exclusive, “free” figure. It’s a black, armored Cobra Commander.

This Commander was supposed to be released in the Valor vs. Venom line in 2005, but didn’t make the cut once the line was canceled. Apparently you can take off the cape and hood on this bad boy. They don’t say what’s under the hood, but it’s probably not what the Commander really looks like… Earnest Borgnine. Now his terrible secret is revealed to the world.
If you’re into the bigger style G.I. Joes, Hasbro is throwing you a bone with some Man of Asia figure based on the Man of Action line in the 70s. God, I’m going to be depressed when I’m an older guy and they are making some new fangled G.I. Joe for the younger kids and I only get one new A Real American Hero style Joe once a year. Getting old sucks.
