FHM’s Newest G.I. Joe Contest
J.R. from FHM recently wrote to let me know that the online version of the magazine is still up and doing well and, more importantly, they’re having a toy related contest that’s ending pretty soon. To celebrate the return of the G.I. Joe Kung-Fu grip, the lucky winner will receive a trip to a G.I. Joe convention. There the winner will be put into one of those crazy money grabbing booths where cash blows around they’ll look like a silly money grubbing toy collector in front of thousands of G.I. Joe fans.

Get it? In order to win you’ve got to grip the money, or else you’ll be one sorry looking sap in the money machine. Personally, I think a better way to celebrate the release of the Kung Fu-Grip would be some sort of strength contest where you’d have to strangle an enraged silverback gorilla, but then again I need to take a daily regimen of brain medicines.
Here’s what I need from you Toy Bender fans. Go to FHM and enter the contest (by clicking here). Be sure to not get distracted by the boobs found on the site before you enter. When you win, I want to hear all about it so I can write about your experience. It’s almost like an extra bonus super prize! Just think, you could appear on your favorite toy collecting blog! Isn’t that what every little boy and girl dreams about? Maybe you could even share some of your newly found wealth donating to the Center For Getting me a Dairy Queen Blizzard for a nice tax write off.
Edit: I forgot to mention that there are 5 gs floating around in that money booth. That’s a lot of G.I. Joes you could be buying with that kind of cash.

I could put my Kung-fu grip on some sweet moolah. What is the tax code for the Center of Getting Me a Dairy Queen Blizzard? I need to know for my charitable donations stuff

Dang! I didn’t know that DQ Blizzards are tax-deductible! Sheesh. Whoduhthunkit.
I’m afraid if I entered that contest, I might actually win!

I’m not the kind of person that like attention drawn to themselves, so I’m not sure if I’d enjoy being in the money booth, but I’m sure there’s some readers out there that would love it. Keith, enter and win and you’ll make it into a post!
