Figure AND Vehicle Repaints?! Sign me up!
Target is going to get some more exclusive G.I. Joe vehicle action in the guise of a Conquest fighter jet and a Rattler. What’s that? They already had both of those vehicles? No, my friend. You are mistaken, as these vehicles are completely new!
Yeah, okay they are repaints. The good news is that if you are a fan of the Joe sublines Tiger Force or Python Patrol then you don’t have to customize anything, you can just head down to Target when these puppies come out in late February.
The figures that come with the two air vehicles are Wild Bill and a Viper. If I never own a Wild Bill in my life, I can die happy. What’s with cowboy themed vehicle drivers by the way? Silverhawks had one (Bluegrass) and Gears of War 2 introduced one just recently. Cowboy pilots are stupid, but I digress. Wild Bill is dumb and he belongs in a helicopter, not a jet.
The Python Patrol Conquest comes the a Python Patrol Viper (of course). I’m not too disappointed that he’s exclusive to this set (so far), because I’m not a big fan of the 25th Vipers in general. However this one appears to have normal, non-screwed up arms, so that’s a huge bonus and is a little more appealing. I might break down and buy this, because I’m stupid when it comes to Python Patrol. Damn you Hasbro and the repaints that bank on one of the greatest Chirstmas hauls of my youth!

just the idea of a military plane painted bright yellow makes me laugh. Who needs cameo anyway?

you’re right. wild bill should stay in the dragonfly. hell, when is that coming out? sooner have that than a repainted conquest and a rattler.

I haven’t collected vehicles since the first round of Target exclusives. I think that Tiger Force jet is a must-buy for me. I don’t know why I’ve got such a soft spot for the Tiger force. I may just have to pick up a TF Duke now too!

I don’t care if it’s bright yellow, it’s TIGER FORCE. Tiger Force is the TITS and it is time everyone realized that.
Man I love Tiger Force.
I realize I may have a problem.
I know I’m probably the only one that is anticipating with delight the inevitable release of a Tiger Force five-pack with Bazooka, Roadblock, Tripwire, Dusty, and Outback or Recondo. And I’ll totally buy it.
I have a problem. I know. I don’t want your help.

Bluegrass was awesome, he might have been a cowboy but his amazing rock guitar turned into a bird and that was the best toy I ever owned. Soundwave is just a johnny come skately
I think the Tiger Force vehicle colorscheme is gorgeous but I don’t need another rattler

if anybody is that amped about tiger force, I actually am going to be selling my set of figures and vehicles. I think I’ll have it up on craigslist in my local area though I don’t like the other options much right now. But i’m ready to let go of my : tiger rat, shark, paw, cat, and fly. Along with Tripwire, lifeline, dusty(broken crotch), roadblock, bazooka, Recondo, Skystriker, frostbite, duke, and flint.
