Friday Roundy Uppy: The One With the Ranting

Oh boy we have links and thoughts to get you through your Friday!
Item: For those with cash, the Tiger Rat & Python Patrol Conquest X-30 are available on Target.com, according to Hisstank.
Item: Wow, if the rumors are right then Fox really F-ed up Deadpool (warning: Major spoilers for the Wolverine Origins flick). I was never that big of a fan of the guy, but I hate when Hollywood takes the name of a beloved character and nothing else.
Item: Great White Snark is giving away Wonder Woman on Blu-Ray. Don’t enter, because I want a higher chance of winning. Seriously though, this movie rocks.
Item: Normally I don’t go for this sort of thing, but I like the characters Cloak and Dagger and the idea of owning a maquette of them is appealing. I also have to say it’s breast-a-palooza. I just wonder when she had the time to get weird softball shaped implants in between cleaning up the streets.
Item: In the last week or so I managed to find two highly sought after figures for the two people that helped me out a few weeks ago. I’ve sent them both off and I hope they enjoy them. This karma really is something! Or it could be the small child that I sacrificed to the elder gods.
Item: I debated for awhile on sharing this, but it’s been on my mind so I’ll just make this a quick thing: I got screwed out of a healthy chunk of cash on a toy deal by someone whom I trusted. Back when I had the cash, someone I know (and has commented on here in the past) said he’d sell me some of the rarer Indiana Jones figures that I want ever so desperately. Since I had good dealings with him before, I totally trusted him. I never got the figures and now I’m not getting any emails back. That’s really classy. Anyway, it sickens me to see the figures go for such a high price on eBay when the money I could have spent on them was basically flushed down the toilet.
Item: On a happier note, I wanted to congratulate my wife (and very rare guest poster on ToyBender), Diane, on getting accepted into law school.

Nice job, Diane! Now we can sue that douche for personal distress by way of toy theft or whatever.

Sucks on your toy deal, but karma may very well pay everyone back in the end.
Congrats to Diane, and hey, after 3 years of law school, you can kick back and blog and play with toys all day while your sugar mama lawyer takes care of all the bills! SUH-WEET!

It sickens me that people with the same interests in toys as we would do that. Thankfully I only ever had one bad deal, not over the internet, I paid for a Rodimus which they guy said over the phone was the last one. 8 weeks later still no package. When I contacted him he said I was harrasing him and had recieved the item but wanted another….why would I do that when I willingly sent him the money. I got my money back by the way.
You never know maybe his computer is down or he has a reason.

The Deadpool “reveal”(I’m still calling BS) is extremely disappointing if true. I actually laughed out loud when I read your comment, Paul.

You can get the guy for Mail Fraud! Seriously, it works. I got my money back from a trade scam… about a year later. But I did get it back!
