G.I. Joe Comic Two Packs Bringing on the Enforcer

In super awesome news, Big Bad Toy Store has shown what we can expect to see in wave five of the G.I. Joe comic two packs via their pre-orders. It looks like Hasbro moving away from mostly just a collection of repaints to putting out some pretty unique characters. Sweet.
Wave 5 Comic Two Packs
-Destro & Iron Grenadier
-Cobra Commander Vs. Tripwire
-Lieutenant Falcon Vs. Nemesis Enforcer
Yeah, there’s a Destro and a Cobra Commander in there as filler, but this time we get to see Nemesis Enforcer! While Nemesis Enforcer comes from the derided G.I. Joe movie, he was one of my favorite characters and now there’s some hope that they’ll possibly make a Pythona figure.
I still remember pretending to be him when we were playing on recess once. Hopefully he’ll be a better version than the original toy, because that one didn’t represent the glory that is Nemesis Enforcer. He was too small, didn’t have very impressive wings, and was lacking the spikes that came out of his arms.
The other non-remake characters are promising as well. I’m a big fan of Tripwire. I just love a guy that detects mines and keeps some on his back for fun, talk about having no fear. The Iron Grenadier could be a really cool with his dress sword and weird gas mask helmet.
Looks like I’ll have to pick up all the packs from this wave, then replace the figures I want with clone troopers and return them so when someone is at the store and doesn’t know any better, they’ll eagerly buy the figures thinking its some super rare Hasbro error. We all win in the end!

They definitely need to increase Nemesis Enforcer’s wingspan.
…a new name wouldn’t hurt, either.

The funniest part is the typical hardcore fans of Lt. Falcon are pretty opposed to anything Cobra-La.
I plan on giving my Nem-Enforcer away as a gift. I know a huge Cobra-La fan who’s wife won’t let him collect. Poor bastard. I’ll have to hide it in his morning paper or something.

“its some super rare Hasbro error.”
HAW!
And then they’ll come here to ask you if you’ve seen this super-valuable find…
