Greetings All
You can smell it can’t you? That fresh aroma of newly opened plastic that smells like a pool toy? That, my friends, is the smell of my new Blog. (I’ll just say right now that I hate the word blog, but I also hate the word automobile and both are commonly used now, so I guess I’m stuck with it.) Hopefully, I can provide you with all the toy collecting news you want in a way that’s fun to read. I’d like to hear from anyone who might have a particular interest that I should cover, otherwise its going to be boring with me dictating what’s important or what’s not.
Anyway, welcome to Toy Bender!

Paul, I’m a big fan of McFarlanes toy lines and I can be enticed to read about all toys Star Wars. I look forward to reading you ‘Online Journal About Toys’. See, I didn’t call it a blog.

Thank you for your comments! How’d you find out about this site so quickly??
I planned to cover McFarlane toys occasionally since my roomate is a huge nut for Spawn. I’m mostly focusing on Star Wars, transformers, g.i. joe, but whatever I think is cool I’ll write about it. I’ll keep my eyes out for more McFarlane related things now though!

I found you through Technorati.
Cool, I’ll definitely be sticking around. Those are toy lines that I like. I beleive they are the Kings of the Toy realm.

Cool. That makes at least one visitor!
Oh, I like them but I’m not so much on their limited poses. I do like the Predator and Aliens stuff he’s done and I have a few myself. Like I said, my buddy has a bazillion McFarlane figures. I was planning on doing an update talking about toy displays, and he’s got some really cool McFarlane figure cases that I wish I’d gotten.

spawn.co has some pretty good news on McFarlanes figures. I’ve got one of Urizen that was a collectors club special with a signature card in it. I also like his currently military collection. They’re pretty hip.
Also after I saw your Ghostbusters post it made me think of this site: http://www.richiesarmor.com/
I’d love me a suit of Boba Fett Armor.

God, don’t get me started about what armor I’d have. I’d def. go with Jengo Fett. I don’t know why but my allegiance shifted to Jengo sway from bobba when I saw Attack of the Clones, but it did. Some clone armor would be nice too… or….
sigh.

Mys son has a thing about the clones too. Me I’m an old school Bobba Fett fan.
