He-Mans and Legos
For some reason I never put “He-Man” together with “Lego” in my nerdy man child mind. Thankfully, someone else did. Behold, the alliance of He-Man and Lego:
Bad ass.
Here’s He-Man and his pals:
I have to admit, this is the first time I kind of like Orko since childhood. I used to love that guy. What was I thinking?
And then there’s Skelator and his evil crew:
I have to say that creator “Orion Prax” pulls off the sometimes difficult transition to Lego of a property whose one defining characteristic is unbelievably huge muscles. He makes the most of his limited options with the blocky characters.
As a side note whenever I was a kid up until now, I tend to refer to the “Masters of the Universe” line as, “He-Mans”. I also use the word that doesn’t exist “Legos” quite liberally. I’m not sure why I’m telling you this, I just thought you should know.

The He-Mans was a common childhood name for the toys for me… vastly confusing my parents until my Dad started watching episodes of MOTU with me.

Since when is “Legos” not a word?
What impresses me about those is how few “custom” parts they needed - that’s almost 95% pure Lego!
