Infinite Theft
Millionaire Playboy recently posted an article about a few of Mattel’s offerings in the Infinite Crisis series of it’s 3 3/4ths scale figures. There’s not a whole lot of new info, except that the three pack that used to consist of Wondergirl, Supergirl, and Superman will now switch out Superman for Bizarro.
This post reminded me of a store find I had at my local Wal-Mart the other day. You see, my Wal-Mart doesn’t really carry these figures so it was a surprise to see four three packs randomly sitting on the shelf. I had seen them a couple of times during various store visits, but I really didn’t take much notice in them until yesterday when I picked one up and realized that figure swappers had struck again. The pack that I picked up was the Bizarro pack above, except that Bizarro had been swapped with Superman. Even worse there were two of the Bizarro swaps and the other two packs on the shelf had a swap of Flash I with Professor Zoom. I can’t begin to describe how angry swapping makes me, oh wait I can.
