McDonald’s Happy Clone Meal

It looks like McDonald’s got the license to put Star Wars Clone Wars toys in their Happy Meals. Here’s the picture of them that I found on Rebelscum.com:

They went with a gigantic head little vehicle theme. I’m guessing that they “bobble.” I don’t think I’ll be making any kind of effort to get these, but I’m sure that there will be a lot of adults who are going to be buying Happy Meals without children in their presence.

While these toys are neat at all, why don’t they make the themed glasses anymore? Damn, I used to love getting those. I still have a few Return of the Jedi ones and a Lando themed one from The Empire Strikes back and I’m always on the lookout for new ones if I’m a flea market or robbing someone’s house.

    Well, I was hoping for something cool when I heard they were going to have Clone Wars happy meal toys, but these aren’t that exciting. Maybe I’ll pick up a couple for my son though.

    Some Clone Wars glasses would have definitely been cool.

    All I got out of that post is that Paul has dangerous levels of lead in his system from drinking out of star wars themed glasses.
