One Cool Custom Lego Gunship
In my recent post about the new Lego Gunship, reader XeQUae made mention that he had two of the old (and ultra valuable) Lego Gunships and he modified it so it can be an AT-TE carrier like in the one of the best scenes in the entirety of Attack of the Clones.
This thing is great. Congrats and thanks to XeQUae for the cool ship. I’m going to bust out a couple of seals of approval for this one. First there’s there’s the mighty cool stamp of approval:

AND THEN Duran Duran steps in to give a double shot of approval:

It’s not often that you see this kind of nerd approval, folks.

Easily $550-$650 worth of sets in the 3rd pic down. And he got one of them on clearance?! How?! …In any case, Great MOD GunShip.

Wow!! Not only did it get the Fonze, but also Duran Duran!!
Yeah, there was a Wal-Mart out in the in BFE and they had a couple Gunships on Clearance. If I had known what they would be worth, I would have picked up the other 1 or 2 they had.

Pretty sweet mod… and that’s from someone who isn’t a fan of those troop carriers. Impressive work, X!
