Pee-wee Herman Returns…
It looks like Pee-wee Herman is going to see a return of sorts in toy form. This should be welcome news for any Pee Wee fans, and I’m sure there are a few of you aging hipsters out there. The news appears on toy maker NECA’s blog. Since the blog is on MySpace you may be afraid of getting raped by going there, so I have provided the update blurb for you. I’m all about protecting children.
The first batch of Pee-wee toys we are releasing are limited re-productions of the original 80’s figures per the request of Paul Ruebens himself and the retailer response so far has been fantastic. We will begin to develop our own modern Pee Wee items for a Fall release.
This is fairly cool stuff, considering the legendary fall from grace Pee-wee suffered. This is, of course, due to the fact that Pee-wee’s show had all that scandal attached to it during the Pee-wee pervert ruckus. I’ll be honest; the only thing that Paul Ruebens was guilty of was poor masturbatory suppression skills. I mean, it wasn’t like he was polishing his cue in a Chuck E. Cheese. He was in a porn theater for god sakes; it would have been uncouth for him to not engage in self flagellation in that sort of environment.
Regardless, as updates become available I will report on them.

Yea I honestly do not think what BB did was horrible it is just that he was Pee wee and he was an idol to little kids and adults alike so everyone was in shock. He is a real person with real needs! I just don’t know why he didn’t just rent a dvd or watched it on cable at home. I don’t get a room full of dudes touching them selves and watching porn together it is weird. Will I get his toys ?? Probably not , I know many hardcore fans will.

I actually used to have a Pee-Wee doll when I was younger…the head on that thing, if swung correctly, can kill small pets. Seriously, that thing had the hardest plastic ever, and my brothers and I knew it. Whenever a fight broke out, we all always went to the Pee-Wee doll as a weapon

Yea Paul, I tried to keep it under raps, but I had an incident in a movie theater in the past. It happened during a showing a “New York Minute”… the movie was so terrible I decided to entertain myself…
