Preview Castlevania Alucard Figure

Over on NECA’s MySpace page they put up some new images of their Castlevania figure series, which is in the making. The one I particularly like is Alucard:

Alucard is the star of one of the greatest games of all time, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. If you have never played it, do so. Seek out a copy of the PS1 version or download it on the XBox Live marketplace (if it’s available, I haven’t fired up my 360 in awhile) and start playing it right now. SOTN is one of three games I can blame my first couple of years worth of bad grades in college… okay it was really laziness, but it’s just easier to blame video games.

    Those Castlevania figures look great! I can’t wait to get ‘em! I’ve been bemoaning the fact that there were no Castlevania figures for many seasons know. One small comment: It’s spelled Alucard, not Allucard. It’s Dracula spelled backwards. Please don’t let my OCD take me out of the Star Wars contest running! Oh, and I’d like to say that Symphony of the Night is the best Castlevania game ever…if not greatest video game ever. That’s right, I said it.

    Wow this is fantastic, two spelling mistakes pointed out in one day! I guess this is the danger of not having an editor and working too many hours. Anyway, no it will not take you out of the running. I don’t think you’re going out on a limb there thatbatmanfan with your idea that son could be the greatest game ever.
