Selling a Good Chunk of the Mega Collection: Part 4

More poorly disguised shilling in the form of a post, what could be better? Well, actually this post is meant to inform as well as to shill. I wanted to let you all know that I’ve had a couple of sales on Dinosaur Toy Vault so if you are looking for an eBay alternative, you might want to check it out (thanks again Esbat). But then again I’ve only had a couple sales, so you can expect your stuff to sit around for awhile if it’s not in demand and you’re not trying to advertising everywhere you can.
And now on to the shilling! I thought I’d highlight a couple of items that I’ve recently put up. Mostly to mock my past self for my horrid taste in collectibles. How about this:

Oh yeah, these are Star Wars collector’s plates. I was so retarded. To be fair, I knew back then that collecting plates was dumb, but I just dug the artwork so much and there wasn’t much in the way of new Star Wars product in the early ’90s. To be not as fair, I can’t believe I bought Star Wars plates that you can’t even eat off to only have them sit in a closet for over ten years.
If that doesn’t suit your fancy, how about a R2-D2 model rocket? The problem with most toys is that they don’t fly. This solves that problem:

Remember LCD games?

Boy, I’m glad that modern technology has rendered these obsolete. The really sad part is that I bought four of these and only ever opened and played one of them. What’s even more sad, or pathetic if you will, is that I bought one because the packaging had gold letters, even though it was the same exact game as another one that I had.
How about some gold plated Star Wars ships? Nothing says “I’m white and classy” than having gold plated toys:

Sigh, just shoot me now.

Uh…good luck offloading some of this stuff.
The best thing I’ve learned about toy collecting is that, no matter what it is, somebody out there collects it obsessively.

I don’t need any of this stuff, but you sell it so well.

Glad to be of service. My Dad is compiling a list of things he wants, enough items to warrant him working a dreaded overtime shift to not only order car parts off of eBay but to pick up some more figures.
