Shameless Self Promotion: Hop Aboard!
If you’re not interested in my used crap, then stop reading this post now. If you are somewhat interested in the things I’m trying to sell in order to crawl my way out of debt, then this is the perfect post for you to check out. You see, my Rock Band obsession doesn’t pay for itself. I’m in desperate need for a quick fix of downloadable content, so I’ve decided to show off my current round of eBay auctions for y’all in the hopes I might be able to sell something and get me some hot Wonderwall action.
Oh man, you know you want him. I managed to snag an extra awhile back and he’s been sitting unloved ever since. I realize that he’s the silver version and the popular version is the gold one, but the silver looks pretty cool regardless and if you were lucky enough to get a gold and not a silver, then here you go.
Four G.I. Joe Vs. Cobra Two Packs
In the early 00’s I got into Joes again because they were pretty much remaking classic figures with different paint jobs and what not. Then they switched over to these figures and I started falling out of love with them the more “new” they got. When I went back home this last Christmas I reevaluated my G.I. collection from that era and I decided it was time to let go of some of them. The fact that they’ve been sitting in a bin untouched since I bought them kind of helped me make my decision to sell. Check out the auction for all the figures, but highlights include Zartan, Firefly, Flint, and a version of Storm Shadow.
Speak of the devil, these are the two packs that got me into G.I. Joes again. It’s going to be tough getting rid of these two as I like the Dialtone and the Storm Shadow, but I figure they make enough figures in the 25th line that I’ll make up for these losses somehow.
McQuarrie Luke and C3-PO with R2-D2
Haven’t got your McQuarrie Scuba Luke or C3PO R2-D2 yet? Well here you go. I bought two of each at the con to either open or try to recoup my losses. Since there were 10 billion extra of the C3PO packs at the time, I really didn’t feel like a dirty scalper, and sure enough both sets were on StarWars.com for a short amount of time.
Do you need The Ray? I sure as hell don’t.
From the auction: “My fiancee once lived by a girl that had fairy stickers on her car window and if she still lived by her I’d leave this statue on top of her car with a note that said, “Since you are a fairy person and I am not, please take this fairy statue. Don’t worry I’m not a stalker that wants to kill you. K THX BAI.” ”

Oh, man. If I weren’t playing my own game of “make more money than I spend,” I’d be all over Pimp-Daddy Destro.

Better throw up some more! They just put out a press release that says they will release over 200 tracks this year alone.
The good news is if and when Rock Band 2 comes out it will allow you to play all your downloaded songs from the first one on it as well.
Smart! We’re both going to be broke.
