Toy Fair 2007: News In Brief

While I can’t be there in New York for the fabulous Toy Fair of 2007 (My Toy Bender travel budget is around .45 cents), and I’m a bad toy blogger and won’t be able to provide by the second updates. (I have to run to the airport to pick someone up, but the person in question is a hot female so forgive me) I will give you some quick news links as I can, so here are some highlights that I’ve found online thus far:

Transformers

The Transformers toys from the forthcoming new film were officially announced this weekend. If you want to check them out, head on over to here.

Marvel

Rejoice Marvel: Zombies fans, Diamond Select Toys is making a line of Marvel Zombies figures. Images will be released during Toy Fair, so stay tuned.

DC

Toy News International has all the DC figure news you desire. Head on over there for some cool pics of some really great figures.

Videogames

Kotobukiya has a nifty figure of Sora from Kingdom Hearts II at Toy Fair of the main character’s Master and Wisdom forms. I have no idea what that means, but I’m sure a twelve year old just went nuts somewhere.

DC Unlimited’s big announcement that they are going to release World of Warcraft figures finally gets an update with a few more details and at least one new picture.

Square Enix has got more Final Fantasy figures on the way. This time they’ve got some from FF VII: Advent Children. Let’s hope they make a hot bunny woman.

Misc.

WETA has got some really nifty looking old school sci-fi ray guns. Check them out if you like rocket ships and a future where everyone wears a silver suit.
